Whatever you're struggling with or building, I’m here to help you take the first step with confidence
You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own.
You’ve likely already done a lot of thinking, reflecting, and trying to figure things out on your own. But insight alone doesn’t always create change. That’s where deeper work comes in.

Who am I?
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles with over a decade of experience in mental health.
My work is relational, direct, and grounded in helping people create meaningful, lasting change. As a multiracial therapist, I take a culturally attuned, holistic approach that honors the complexity of each person’s experience.
Beyond therapy, I build spaces that bring people together, supporting both personal healing and professional connection.
My work extends into education, writing, and art, all rooted in one core intention:
Helping people feel more connected, included, aligned, and fully themselves.
Reviews of my work
“I've had a chance to know Katherine professionally and personally, and she is the kind of clinician and leader you don’t come across often. She’s grounded, intuitive, and able to get to the heart of what her clients are experiencing while still making them feel safe, seen, and empowered. She has a skill for creating genuine, lasting professional relationships and building referral networks that actually work. She understands both the human and strategic sides of this field, which is a rare combination.
If you’re looking for someone who is not only a wonderful therapist but also a visionary in the behavioral health space, Katherine is it!”
— Athina Danilo, LMFT
“I’ve known Katherine for quite some time, and she’s truly one of the most incredible people. The way she shows up for her community and cares for her clients is genuinely inspiring. She recently hosted a beautiful event for her colleagues, and I felt so honored to be included. Seeing everyone come together with such excitement and support was really special, she always goes above and beyond.
— Moujan (Founder of HekMat Studio)
“Katherine brings tact, warmth, humility, and grounded competence to all of her clinical work. I have personally witnessed her skill across a variety of roles including therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, and clinical community organizer. She has a natural talent for helping clients to feel cared for, understood, and connected to their strengths and capacity for change. Her most recent work growing clinical support and referral networks brings tremendous value to her Los Angeles community; an offering that mitigates the clinical burnout rampant in our field, as well as creating opportunities for access to the kind of support that maximizes clinicians’ capacity to provide ethical and high quality client care.”
